Terms & Conditions Toto22 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Toto22 ("we", "our platform" or "Toto22"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Toto22 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By doing any of the following, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms:

• Register a new account at Toto22

• Making a deposit or any financial transaction

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Toto22 at all times. Holding or attempting to create multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the possible forfeiture of any remaining funds.

During the registration process and while using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, active Malaysian phone number and valid email address
• Update your account information promptly whenever any details change
• Keep your password confidential and do not share account access with anyone
• Notify Toto22 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Toto22 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, including requesting copies of identification documents, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Toto22 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods. Maximum daily deposit limits may apply depending on your account level and chosen payment method. All successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

Toto22 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Any attempt to make a deposit using a payment account that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited. Toto22 reserves the right to decline or void any deposit suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

To make a withdrawal from your Toto22 you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit (except in circumstances approved by the support team)
• Any wagering requirements associated with a received bonus must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed
• No active games or pending bets that remain unresolved at the time the withdrawal request is submitted

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15 minutes to 1 hour
• DuitNow: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 1 to 24 business hours

Toto22 does not charge any fees for withdrawals to the listed Malaysian payment methods. Toto22 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal, including requesting supporting documents. Withdrawal requests that do not pass security checks may be held until the review is complete.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by Toto22 subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the relevant offer
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only – it cannot be claimed by members who already have an existing account
• A maximum bet limit may apply while meeting bonus wagering requirements – typically RM 20 per round or per bet

7. General Game Rules

All games available on the platform Toto22 – including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, lottery games, and more – are played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round or gaming session has concluded.

General rules applicable to all games on Toto22:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified to ensure fairness
• For Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by the actions of a real dealer broadcast in real time – results cannot be disputed once a round is completed

• All displayed odds are in Malay/Asian format and are calculated at the time the bet is placed – odds may change before the bet is confirmed
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player unless the Cash Out feature is activated and available for the relevant bet
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided in accordance with the applicable rules, depending on how much of the match had been played at the time
• For badminton matches, confirmed bets are final unless the match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours
• In-play betting is subject to unavoidable real-time delays – players are responsible for taking this into account when making betting decisions

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Any remaining balance after account closure will be returned to the payment method used for your last deposit within a reasonable timeframe.

Toto22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Maximum liability Toto22 to any user under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
